Bob Hays, President

Bob Hays was at Deluxe Corporation starting in May 1997. In his position there, he managed Direct Pricing Strategy for Deluxe within Small Business & Financial Services. Prior to this, he was at Firstar (now US Bank) as VP of Marketing and adjunct faculty at Marquette University in the School of Business Administration. In addition to work on various advisory committees, Bob is a past board member of the Milwaukee Chapter of the American Marketing Association.  He holds a BA and BBA from St. Norbert College and an MBA from Marquette University. Bob resides in Minneapolis with his wife and is the father of two (adult) children.

Elizabeth Nunnally, Treasurer 

Elizabeth Nunnally currently serves as the chief financial officer for Health Sciences at the University of Minnesota. From 1995 to 2000, Beth was the University of Minnesota’s tax director and prior to that, a non-profit tax consultant for Coppers & Lybrand. Beth is a licensed certified public accountant in the state of Minnesota. She served on the National IRS Advisory Committee on Tax-Exempt and Government Entities from 2001-2003.

Jodi-Mohs Davis, Secretary 

Jodi-Mohs Davis is a Senior Environmental Chemist, Project Manager, and Regulatory Specialist in the Environmental Laboratory at 3M Company where she has worked since 1995. She is an active member of the Society of Environmental Toxicology and Chemistry (SETAC) and serves as a mentor to the students of Battle Creek Middle School in St. Paul. In addition to a passion for science, Jodi is also a musician who has performed with several groups throughout the Twin Cities including CORO!, Masterworks Chorale, Bach Society, CD Arts, the Edina Chorale, and the Eden Prairie Community Band. Jodi holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance, both from Augsburg College in Minneapolis.

Donald Livington, Associate Artistic Director  

Donald Livingston started his musical career in Minnesota as a rehearsal accompanist for Minnesota Opera and organist at Hennepin Avenue UMC in Minneapolis. After completing the J.D. at William Mitchell College of Law, he currently serves as Director of Music at Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd, he is also a student at Indiana University where he holds the M.M. in organ performance and is in the exam phase for the Doctor of Music degree in Early Music Performance.

Steven C. Anderson

Steven C. Anderson is a celebrated composer and pianist (a.k.a.  Steven C.) who channels his life experiences through the creation of music. Steven’s artistry and passion allow him to express his heartfelt music in a way that is both enjoyable and accessible to a growing audience of piano enthusiasts who particularly appreciate the spiritual and healing aspects of his music. As an established and respected recording artist, Steven Anderson has impressively sold well over 2 million records. His beloved canon includes the popular CD Chasing Grace (American Gramaphone) and a best-selling series of nature themed CD’s with the acclaimed NorthSound Label. HisHeartstrings recording project, recorded in London at famed Abbey Road Studios, (the “A” room) features all original compositions, and boasts the contributions of Grammy Award™ winning conductor Arnie Roth (Andrea Bocelli, Charlotte Church, Chip Davis ) and the prestigious London Symphony Strings. This remarkable recording has been heralded as his best and most musically realized to date, and has elicited great response, reviews and interest throughout the music industry.

Cailin Gudio

Cailin Gudio is a tax and estate planning attorney located in the Twin Cities. She received her Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law in January 2011.  During law school, Cailin worked as a law clerk for the Tax Law Project at the Legal Aid Society of Minneapolis and Estate and Elder Law Services with Volunteers of America (formerly MAO Legal Services).  Cailin is an active member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, the Hennepin County Bar Association and the Ramsey County Bar Association.  In addition to her law degree, she has a Bachelor's degree in Vocal Performance from the College of Saint Benedict and a Master's degree in Music from the University of Minnesota. As a singer, Cailin has performed with notable organizations that include Minnesota Opera, The Schubert Club, Anoka Opera and the Bay View Music Festival. Cailin was also a recipient of the 2001 Career Opportunity Grant from the Minnesota State Arts Board and a Regional Finalist at the 1995 Metropolitan Opera National Council Auditions.

Timothy P. Faatz

Timothy P. Faatz has a diverse background in music, both in performance and arts management. Timothy’s ensemble management experience began while working for Bethel University as the Assistant to the Director of Music Tours, where he worked on domestic tour development and budget management. Following his time at Bethel, he held the position of General Manager of the Bloomington Symphony Orchestra in Bloomington, MN. Today, He is enjoying his work with Concert & Study Tours as their Itinerary Production Coordinator. In addition to his work in music management, Timothy is a countertenor. As an ardent musician, he performs semi-professionally both locally and abroad. He has been involved in a variety of Twin Cities based ensembles, including the Hope Gospel Quintet; Consortium Carissimi; Evangelion Chorale; East Central Minnesota Chorale and the Cathedral Choir at the Cathedral of Saint Paul.
