CANCELLED: III Oratorio for Holy Week: Luigi Rossi

We have made the difficult decision to cancel our final program for Season XV,  L’Oratorio per la settimana santa (Oratorio for Holy Week) of Luigi Rossi and hope to feature this concert in an upcoming season.  Please follow us on Facebook for future concert announcements.

This is a dramatic setting of the events leading up to Easter with the cast made up of an angry crowd, Pilate, and some Demons. This two-part Early Baroque Oratorio is in two parts and is scored for five voices, two violins and basso continuo.
